It was an amazing experience. It was hassle free. I bought the sim at airport then went through immigration and it got activated before that. Next week I even recommend my friend for Japan eSIM.

After this period, the eSIM will expire and can no longer be used.
Unfortunately, this means it won’t be valid for your next trip to Hong Kong if it falls outside the one-month window.
In that case, you’ll need to purchase a new eSIM package through our website to stay connected.

Took me a while to get it to work but it actually ended up working. The support team was quite attentive which I highly appreciate! I just wish that the system didn’t show ‘error’ when it was actually working. Or perhaps simplify the process a little.
