Activation Point
Your data plan will start as soon as you connect to local network. You can scan the QR code and install the eSIM in advance. 24 hours is counted as 1 day and counted continuously from the point of service activation.
Expiration Period
Purchased plan can be used within 180 days from purchase. Since it is one-time prepaid data plan, once it is activated, there is no auto-renewals or extra charges.

Can I use Nationwide eSIM Plans everywhere in Hongkong?
Yes, eSIM Hongkong Unlimited Plans work everywhere in Hongkong. We select and offer the best data plans which provide the best nationwide coverage.
What is real-name registration, and how do I complete it?
According to the Hong Kong SAR’s latest regulations, real-name registration is required to activate your eSIM.
Simply install the eSIM first, then complete the registration using the link provided in the QR voucher email. Once submitted, your eSIM will be ready to use immediately.
Please note:
- You can attempt real-name registration up to three times per eSIM.
- If you purchase a top-up plan, you do not need to complete real-name registration again.
- All submitted information is used solely for identity verification to prevent misuse and is deleted immediately after confirmation.
- A Hong Kong identity card is not valid for this process.
Should I order and activate an eSIM before traveling?
You can purchase an eSIM at your convenience, either one day before your travel date or upon arrival at your destination.
Additionally, please note that to install the eSIM, your device must be connected to a Wi-Fi or a cellular data network.
Are voice calls and SMS available with the eSIM plan?
You cannot make phone calls or use SMS with this eSIM plan.
eSIM Hong Kong Unlimited Plans are data-only and do not include a local mobile number.
Does this Hong Kong Unlimited Data truly offer Unlimited Data?
Yes, there is no speed cap. However, excessively high mobile data usage may result in carrier penalties without prior notice. Please note that no refunds, cancellations, or returns will be accepted.
After my eSIM plan expires, can I extend it?
Yes, We also offer a top-up service. You can find the “Make a Top-up” button in the email containing your QR code.
Are there any inaccessible mobile apps when using the eSIM plan?
Please be aware that as this eSIM plan provides a Hong Kong IP address, you may encounter issues accessing services such as TikTok or other restricted services in Hong Kong.
What should I know about purchasing multiple eSIMs?
1. Check the ICCID and install each eSIM separately.
Each eSIM can only be installed once and on one device.
Please use the ICCID to distinguish each eSIM and install them on different devices.
You can find the ICCID and Order Number on your QR code voucher.
2. Make sure you’re installing on the correct device.
After an eSIM is installed on a device, it cannot be moved to another device.
Please double-check the intended device before installation.
3. One ICCID per device.
Do not scan the same ICCID on two devices.
Each eSIM must be installed on a separate device.
4. Do not delete the eSIM.
Once deleted, the eSIM cannot be reinstalled.
If you are experiencing an issue, please contact customer support before removing it.
What should I do, when I didn't receive a QR code email?
Our QR code is sent automatically to the email address you’ve written in the order form within 15 minutes. If you haven’t received your email, please check the following below :
- Please check your promotion or spam folder first.
- You may have a typo in the email address you provided to us. In this case, please contact us at [email protected], so we can resend it to you as soon as possible.
- Please check the email associated with your payment method, as the QR code will be sent to that address
