Activation Point
Your data plan will start as soon as you connect to local network. You can scan the QR code and install the eSIM in advance. 24 hours is counted as 1 day and counted continuously from the point of service activation.
Expiration Period
Purchased plan can be used within 180 days from purchase. Since it is one-time prepaid data plan, once it is activated, there is no auto-renewals or extra charges.

What is real-name registration, and how do I complete it?
In line with Hong Kong SAR’s latest regulations, real-name registration is required to activate the eSIM in Hong Kong SAR. Please install the eSIM first, then complete registration via the link provided upon arrival or in your QR voucher email.

Should I order and activate an eSIM before traveling?
You can purchase an eSIM at your convenience, either one day before your travel date or upon arrival at your destination.
Additionally, please note that to install the eSIM, your device must be connected to a Wi-Fi or a cellular data network.
Are voice calls and SMS available with the eSIM plan?
You cannot make phone calls or use SMS with this eSIM plan.
eSIM Hong Kong & China Unlimited is data-only and does not include a local mobile number.
After my eSIM data amount runs out, can I make a top-up?

Please be aware that as this eSIM plan provides a Hong Kong IP address, you may encounter issues accessing services such as TikTok or other restricted services in Hong Kong.
What should I do, when I didn't receive a QR code email?
Our QR code is sent automatically to the email address you’ve written in the order form within 15 minutes. If you haven’t received your email, please check the followings below :
- Please check your promotion or spam folder first.
- You may have a typo in the email address you provided to us. In this case, please contact us at [email protected], so we can resend it to you as soon as possible.
- There might be a delay in completing the payment.
- If you used iDEAL or a payment method other than PayPal, be aware that the payment transfer to PayPal may take several minutes to hours. Since this process depends on the payment gateways, we recommend contacting them directly for assistance.
- In some cases, your payment might be pending due to PayPal’s security measures. While we cannot guarantee the timeframe, the payment could be completed within 72 hours.
- Keep in mind that even if you paid with a credit or debit card, the payment is processed through PayPal. Therefore, it might be subject to PayPal’s security checks, resulting in a pending status. As this is PayPal’s policy, it’s best to contact PayPal’s customer service for assistance.
